What is needed to start a Coaching Process?
Coaching is not therapy.
Coaching is not consultancy, mentoring nor therapy. But it is a human-focused work done through conversation and experimentation.
You need a goal.
If you don't have a clear goal, you'll need the main reason of why you're seeking coaching for, and what you would like to get out of it.
Commitment is the key.
Not to me! Commitment to what you are seeking coaching for. During a coaching process, commitment and consistency lead to better results.
What is an Advisor-Coach?
As an Advisor, I observe, ponder and support your process by offering guidance. I'll ask your permission before making recommandations, suggesting ideas or giving advice.
As a Coach, I create a safe space to open up, I listen carefully, I ask questions and I challenge. I'll suggest reflective tools, provide feedback and track your progress towards your goal.
To grow your leadership mindset, strengthen your resilience and expand your wellbeing habits, we will
-
acknowledge what is working well and focus on it
-
address what isn't working well and explore solutions to it

-
track down your core values and discover how you embody them
-
clarify what your responsibilities are and what you are accountable for
-
challenge current beliefs and habits, and create new purposeful and intentional beliefs and habits
-
review boundaries and expectations, and set new ones when needed

Resilient Mindset Coaching Process
Depending on the goal of your coaching process, you have the possibility to start by analyzing where you stand thanks to an assessment for Mindset & Resilience and/or Emotional Intelligence and/or Leadership. Then, you proceed with your coaching sessions during which you'll focus on a goal for each session, usually aligned with your main goal. At then end of your coaching process, you can get a new assessment done to contrast where you are now, and obtain a before and after overview.
